Shipping Details
We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. No shipments to APO/FPO addresses, AK, HI, PR or other US Territories. No international shipments. Due to the size and the weight of our equipment, we can only utilize well known freight companies for shipping. Each shipment will be palletized, strapped down and wrapped in stretch film to protect against damages during transit.
Upon arrival you may ask the driver to break down the palette into individual cartons to unload the goods from the truck easily. We generally include Lift Gate service. This will arrive as curb side delivery. Trucker will unload the goods from the truck to ground level. If you must have inside delivery service, there will be an additional charge which needs to be paid separately and coordinated with the freight company. We also allow free pickup from our main distribution warehouse, located in Miami area. Equipment we sell is not suitable for express or courier shipping because of their weight as well as high risk of damages.
Due to higher than expected order volume and busy sales season, larger orders may take an extra 3-5 days to be prepared for shipment. We are working around-the-clock to ship out all orders in a timely manner, and will communicate with you if there are any unexpected delays or questions.
We prepare each shipment within 72 hours after the receipt of payment (only during weekdays). Trucking companies usually pick up same day or a day after we call them that the shipment is ready. The transit may take any time between 5 to 8 business days and in rare cases up to 12 days.
We will provide tracking information after shipment. Please contact us in case of any shipment delays. CHECK YOUR INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, UPDATED EMAIL AND A VALID PHONE NUMBER with your order. Someone must be present to receive the cargo at the time of delivery. Delivery company will call your phone number to setup a delivery appointment for residential deliveries. If your phone number is not valid, the cargo can not be delivered and will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. If the delivery is refused or can not be delivered, it will be handled as returned merchandise.
Upon arrival, count all cartons and compare with the number stated on the delivery receipt before signing. Open the cartons and inspect the goods carefully for any damages. All products have been inspected under strict ISO regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Report any shipping damages to the freight carrier on the delivery receipt and file a claim. Also contact us with the description of damages and pictures, etc. Although rare, certain freight damages can occur and we are here to help.
We carry all necessary replacement and service parts and components in large quantities and make them available during and after the warranty period.

First mini split!
This was my first install, after much research, following instructions and taking my time I was able to install the mini split and electric line in roughly 15 hours. The mini split has been working out great so far, works well with my ducted heat pump in my home to keep a better balance of temps.

Pioneer Hyperformance
I installed the unit myself with minimal issues. The installation instructions are good, but the videos provided by Pioneer fill in some of the missing steps that may not be covered in great depth in the manual. Overall, the unit has performed well cooling down the large great room. The sound is very low, the fan blowing almost undetectable when on. I like the unit, and will install a future unit for another part of our house. The price and my DIY work saved over $5k by having a similar unit installed by an HVAC company.

Easy to Install and Very High Quality
Installation on this unit was an absolute breeze. I’m a school teacher and needed an affordable solution to cool and heat our home efficiently while also being able to install on my own. All in all, installation took me about 6 hours. I chose to mount my outdoor unit on my foundation wall to keep it up off the ground away from weeds and snow so drilling into the concrete took some time. I also connected my line set to the condenser once everything was mounted in place and started vacuuming the lines down while I did all my electrical hook ups. This saved a bunch of time on install, by the time the lines were vacuumed down, my wiring was done and I could turn on the system. We bought the 24k BTU system for our saltbox style home, the 2nd floor is open to the main floor and all in all it’s about 1300 sq. Ft. That needs to be cooled. It was 87 degrees and humid when we turned it on, within an hour it was 77 degrees and dry. The entire home was down into the low 60s during the evening and the outside temp was in the upper 70s. My wife is 6 months pregnant and she’s been very happy with the temps inside! The indoor unit is whisper quiet, an oscillating fan from Walmart is significantly louder…To say we are impressed is an understatement. Also the window below the indoor unit in the pictures I posted is 6 feet wide for your reference on the units size.

Easy Install, Great Performance!
The 2 ton unit arrived on time and the install went very well. I took my time and it paid off in a cosmetically pleasing installation and one that performs great. Last winter we had temps as low as 12 degrees and my marginally insulated workshop maintained 65 degrees no problem as I was not pushing the system at all. Now that the heat is coming it's set at 72 degrees and it maintains it without issue. You can barely hear the interior unit when it is cooling or heating and the outside unit is also quiet so as not to upset neighbors. This is the best, most effective and most satisfying DIY project I've done in years. The only glitch was that the electrical cable from the interior unit to the exterior compressor was not as long as the refrigerant line set. I had to buy extra 4 lead cable and fabricate the connections. It was a good excuse to buy a few new tools. Highly recommend!
