A matte-frost finish ensures less fingerprints and time spent wiping. Shipping Details
We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. No shipments to APO/FPO addresses, AK, HI, PR or other US Territories. No international shipments. Due to the size and the weight of our equipment, we can only utilize well known freight companies for shipping. Each shipment will be palletized, strapped down and wrapped in stretch film to protect against damages during transit.
Upon arrival you may ask the driver to break down the palette into individual cartons to unload the goods from the truck easily. We generally include Lift Gate service. This will arrive as curb side delivery. Trucker will unload the goods from the truck to ground level. If you must have inside delivery service, there will be an additional charge which needs to be paid separately and coordinated with the freight company. We also allow free pickup from our main distribution warehouse, located in Miami area. Equipment we sell is not suitable for express or courier shipping because of their weight as well as high risk of damages.
Due to higher than expected order volume and busy sales season, larger orders may take an extra 3-5 days to be prepared for shipment. We are working around-the-clock to ship out all orders in a timely manner, and will communicate with you if there are any unexpected delays or questions.
We prepare each shipment within 72 hours after the receipt of payment (only during weekdays). Trucking companies usually pick up same day or a day after we call them that the shipment is ready. The transit may take any time between 5 to 8 business days and in rare cases up to 12 days.
We will provide tracking information after shipment. Please contact us in case of any shipment delays. CHECK YOUR INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, UPDATED EMAIL AND A VALID PHONE NUMBER with your order. Someone must be present to receive the cargo at the time of delivery. Delivery company will call your phone number to setup a delivery appointment for residential deliveries. If your phone number is not valid, the cargo can not be delivered and will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. If the delivery is refused or can not be delivered, it will be handled as returned merchandise.
Upon arrival, count all cartons and compare with the number stated on the delivery receipt before signing. Open the cartons and inspect the goods carefully for any damages. All products have been inspected under strict ISO regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Report any shipping damages to the freight carrier on the delivery receipt and file a claim. Also contact us with the description of damages and pictures, etc. Although rare, certain freight damages can occur and we are here to help.
We carry all necessary replacement and service parts and components in large quantities and make them available during and after the warranty period.

In the installation instructions I see nothing for introducing (charging) Freon, though step 13 has me remove the “charge” hose in the “evacuating” section. Must your Diamanté series be charged “professionally”?
The outdoor section of the system already comes factory precharged with sufficient refrigerant to support up to 25 feet of utilized lineset. If you need to add additional refrigerant due to longer length lineset used, refer to Page 34 for proper parameters.

Great value and great service
I’m a DIYer and this was my first mini split install. It took longer than I expected to install but that is expected when doing something for the first time. I contacted Customer Service twice. Once by email and once by phone and received quick response to both. Phone call was to get setup instructions for Wi-Fi/Alexa integration not provided with unit. Wi-Fi setup was simple following the one page of instructions. Instructions don’t detail steps for taking measurements requested at registrations. A video of them would be helpful. Unit packing was top notch. Unit works well and super quiet. Very pleased with decision to go with Pioneer at this point.

Perfect unit for the cabana
I have a poolside cabana bedroom with a full bath that utilized the main house AC but didn't always stay cool. The best option was a mini split and Pioneer was recommended by many companies. They installed the unit and the cabana is as cool as you want. I was impressed with the quiteness of both the indoor and outdoor unit.

I cannot recommend this product more. This Pioneer Diamante Ultra mini split cools my entire unit just right. The unit has so many features and all work perfectly. I also had an installation done and the service was bar none. Great guys and a great product. A must buy!

Great value - works well after some trial and error with fan and temp settings
I'm a pretty advanced DIY'er and used a few different Youtube videos to help with the install. The only thing we hired someone for was to install the electrical line from the panel to the outdoor unit. I installed this unit in our home office, which is a former porch that was converted to a year-round room. Insulation is ok (not great) and it has a lot of windows, thus it was always a harder to heat space with baseboard. We decided to add the mini-split for heat and a/c and after about 3 months, we are very happy with it. We live in NH, where we see single digit winter days, and this unit has performed well. The main issue we had to resolve was that the unit draws air in from the top, so the warmer air, which naturally rises, would "trick" the system into thinking the room was warmer than it was. The solution is to set the desired temp to about 7 degrees warmer than what we want (meaning if we want the room at 70, we set the unit at 77). Part of this may be due to the ceiling slant in our room, but once we figured this out, we were good. The only other issue we recently solved was that "auto" fan was not really doing a good job of warming the room quickly and keeping it there. I changed to programming (via the app which could use some interface improvements) so the fan runs on high and this was a game changer. On auto, the room would take a few hours to come up 10 degrees, but by simply changing the fan speed to high, the room heats up within about 30 minutes. I am using the Airlink app which is not all that user friendly, and does require some patience. Mainly, the scenes that you create don't like to work if you edit them - it's best to delete them and start over if you need to adjust part of the scene. Overall, it works, and is nice to use/check the temp when away. After rebates from the feds and electric company, our overall investement was minimal, especially when compared to some quotes we received from HVAC companies. If you have basic DIY skills, I would highly recommend tackling this project yourself. Thanks for a good product, Pioneer!

Pioneer Diiamonte Ultra Mini-Split is excellent!
I just finished installing the unit in my new shop. I mounted the outside unit on a wall bracket, hung the indoor unit, and connected the power and communication cable. I hired an HVAC pro to cut and re-flair the linesets, check for leaks with Nitrogen, and vacuum out the system. This fee was less than what I would have spent buying the special HVAC tools to perform these tasks myself. The unit is going to heat and cool my space perfectly!
