Shipping Details
We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. No shipments to APO/FPO addresses, AK, HI, PR or other US Territories. No international shipments. Due to the size and the weight of our equipment, we can only utilize well known freight companies for shipping. Each shipment will be palletized, strapped down and wrapped in stretch film to protect against damages during transit.
Upon arrival you may ask the driver to break down the palette into individual cartons to unload the goods from the truck easily. We generally include Lift Gate service. This will arrive as curb side delivery. Trucker will unload the goods from the truck to ground level. If you must have inside delivery service, there will be an additional charge which needs to be paid separately and coordinated with the freight company. We also allow free pickup from our main distribution warehouse, located in Miami area. Equipment we sell is not suitable for express or courier shipping because of their weight as well as high risk of damages.
Due to higher than expected order volume and busy sales season, larger orders may take an extra 3-5 days to be prepared for shipment. We are working around-the-clock to ship out all orders in a timely manner, and will communicate with you if there are any unexpected delays or questions.
We prepare each shipment within 72 hours after the receipt of payment (only during weekdays). Trucking companies usually pick up same day or a day after we call them that the shipment is ready. The transit may take any time between 5 to 8 business days and in rare cases up to 12 days.
We will provide tracking information after shipment. Please contact us in case of any shipment delays. CHECK YOUR INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, UPDATED EMAIL AND A VALID PHONE NUMBER with your order. Someone must be present to receive the cargo at the time of delivery. Delivery company will call your phone number to setup a delivery appointment for residential deliveries. If your phone number is not valid, the cargo can not be delivered and will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. If the delivery is refused or can not be delivered, it will be handled as returned merchandise.
Upon arrival, count all cartons and compare with the number stated on the delivery receipt before signing. Open the cartons and inspect the goods carefully for any damages. All products have been inspected under strict ISO regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Report any shipping damages to the freight carrier on the delivery receipt and file a claim. Also contact us with the description of damages and pictures, etc. Although rare, certain freight damages can occur and we are here to help.
We carry all necessary replacement and service parts and components in large quantities and make them available during and after the warranty period.

What is the minimum line length possible?
The minimum we recommend is 10 ft. The minimum possible is 5 ft but you'll need to remove an ounce of refrigerant.

how can I add the largest line possible ? It comes with 16 ft and I need 25 ft
The Diamante series comes pre-packed with a 16 ft lineset which cannot be modified during purchase. If you need longer, it would require purchasing either the WYS series, or a longer lineset here.

Outdoor unit pre charged, is there any additional charging or is system complete when lines are attached?
The way it works is that the outdoor condensing unit is pre-charged with R410a to support line lengths up to 25 ft long. You will need to remove the air from the lines before releasing the refrigerant from the outdoor unit, using a vacuum pump or the flushing kit that we sell.

what happens when the power does off and comes back on?
Yes it has automatic restart and settings memory for power failures.

Can the copper lines be cut shorter and re flared?
Yes they can. They use a 45° flare.

what wattage generator do I need to operate the 9000 btu 120 volt mini split ?
This unit wouldn't draw more than 1kW at peak.

I can hang meat!
I live in Texas and we've been having 100+ degree days as far back as I can recall. I have a 1950s vintage house with no insulation in the walls, so bedrooms on the corners of the house just can't cool down. I installed one of these units in each corner bedroom and they work beautifully! I ran the electrical and installed the units myself since they are so easy, but had an A/C tech complete installation with the tubing and vacuum, etc. I could do it, but that part is kinda important. I could not be happier with how well the rooms cool down and the units are not an eyesore in the bedrooms. I only use them at night and I froze the first night! The rest of the house can suffer at 80 degrees...

Very pleased
The quality and performance of the inside and outside units are excellent. The line set is well made with very nice flares. I paid to have a vacuum pulled but next time I would buy your vacuum gauge and a pump and do it myself.

Best mini splits
I have 2 of them in my Double wide home in Florida 110volts 12000 btu each saves on my electric bill when the power went out from hurricanes I hooked them to the gas generator and had cooling. I’m also a a/c tech and have witnessed these systems last years on the beach.

Very disappointed in the Diamonte
This is the 3rd mini-split we have purchased from pioneer (9,000 BTU, 115V). The first 2 were the WYS series and I have nothing but good to say about them. We bought one in 2021 (9000 BTU, 115v) for our bedroom and it is perfect. We then bought a 12,000 BTU WYS series (220 v) in 2022 for a friend and installed in in her second floor loft. The installation was a pain due to being up on a ladder but other than that, this one was perfect. Both are still functioning great. Now the Diamante. We installed this in our he/she shed. Less than a year after installation the shutoff valves were leaking. Due to our inability to vacuum down the system and recharge we had to call AC repair. This call was $371. Two months later it was again not functioning and once more a service call. This time the evaporator coil was leaking - $190 this time. I contacted Pioneer and they sent me a new indoor unit under warranty (kudos to them for customer service). Since the install of a new indoor unit also requires vacuuming down, the install was also a service call. This one was $588 - installed Feb. 2024. October 2024 - again not working. Now freezing up. Another service call - we thought it was low on refrigerant but now the expansion valve is sticking. This is the outdoor unit. If we got a replacement (and probably couldn't cause it had been 18 months since original purchase) we would have had to pay another $500 to vacuum down yet again. I opted to purchase a new WYS series. It was only about $400 than another service call would be AND my husband can install a new unit himself.

BAND AID FOR A BULLET WOUND. AND BBB CUSTOMERS HAVE EXPERIENCED WORSE
after purchasing a defective unit i had to spend an additional $1000 to have it serviced. i was told by a rep tht they can get me over to sales to purchase another $1300 unit. looked them up on bbb and 1 they are not accredited but i am not the only one that was sent a defective unit... check ur warranty and u will see that pioneer does not stand by their products
